I received an email with the application number.

What browser did you use. I’ve tried several with no joy. Also tried laptop and IPad.

I tried doing mine and my wifes yesterday, received the codes no issue, completed the app and processed the payment for both, but neither is showing as paid for, hence no approval yet.

When I've done them numerous times before, the payments always gone straight through?

Is anyone aware of any issues with the payment side?

Corrinda - any luck with ESTA for your son hin? Keep in mind their 72 hour rule... DHS state one must apply before the 72 hours pre-flight to ensure the airline see an ESTA approval marker at time of check-in.

Tried again tonight got code at last then hasn’t processed so try again tomorrow it has t been the easiest esta I have ever had to do I got three weeks before we travel so hopefully be sorted thanks Chris.

Just trying to renew my ESTA and appear to be having the same issues as regards this 4 digit code for email verification purposes. Is anyone else still having problems or has it now been rectified? If so, how long did it take you to receive your email with the code please?

UPDATE: the code came through after 20 mins 😓.

I’ve just done mine, 6 applications as a group, this has been the biggest faff that I’ve ever done in my like one and a half hours to do an application? It wasn’t like this 6 years ago was a lot simpler

Just about to do mine and having a mini melt down already...and I haven't even started it yet...


can't get the form to open...I clicked on the link on the top of this page.

The DIBB link isn't working, so I went through Google to the official page.

Code came through within seconds and my application is now pending.

Sorted now... took 20 mins.
