For me Longhorn is always a must, as well as IHOP or Dennys for breakfast.

Outback steakhouse is also great. I know its supposed to be Australian, but its an american chain.

Ive not tried Millers, so will try that next year.

Sizzler used to be the go-to place when I was younger but it was not good last time we went. Ponderosa was much better if you wanted a buffet.

Keep:
Olive Garden
iHOP (for breakfast)
Chuys (one of our favs)

Drop:
Chilli's (had an awful meal there which both my husband and I found inedible)

I would add Yard House and Cafe Tu Tu Tango (our all time favourite restaurant in I-drive)

Wow, so many rave reviews here for Yard House! I just checked out the menu, that fillet steak and white cheddar sandwich sounds amazing

We go every holiday now, we especially like that they have tablets on the tables so there's no issue with trying to catch the attention of your server for more drinks or paying the bill, it's all done on the tablet. There's a fab bustling/busy atmosphere in the evenings at the IDrive location too.

I've just come back from staying at the Rosen inn @ pointe and it was very enjoyable, if you look at the layout of the hotel on their website and fancy a particular block to stay in, e mail them with your request and hopefully they can accommodate you, I wanted a quieter room so was on the top floor of block D facing international drive and it was perfect.
Denny's across the road was good for breakfast.
I can also recommend the lone palm bar on city walk for a drink when you come out of the parks, ice cold draught beer and a great spot for people watching etc.

We are staying there next month and was after some recommendations for a quiet room. I'll take a look at that.

Sorry OP for hijacking your thread 😀
