I was there for Christmas 2013. Christmas Eve is low crowds, as its the main family day in France. Christmas Day was very crowded.

Christmas Eve in France = Christmas Day in UK
Christmas Day in France = Boxing Day in UK

Some of the restaurants have special Christmas meals which you need to pre book. We had Christmas Day Brunch at the old Manhattan Restaurant in Hotel New York. It was a character meal, and a French Fine Dining style buffet.

One of my favourite memories is walking down a near empty Main Street during EMT on Christmas morning.

We only stayed late to watch the fireworks one night, bring a blanket to sit on a wall and get a hot drink while you wait it out, as its cold late at night.

Make sure to book at least one table service restaurant each day and make the effort to get up for early opening.

Make sure to visit Santa on Christmas Eve, as he is gone on Christmas morning.
