I wouldn't do eggs or any dairy - stick with something plain - when my dd had a gastro bug and was in hospital the doctor said water, flat lemonade and maize based crisps (skips or quavers) they bind your tummy apparently x

If you you have a tummy bug just stick to dry toast, soup, porridge (not too much milk) and make sure you have fluids, that’s more important than food. Hope you feel better soon.
