Mulberry Handbags...

I am considering buying another Mulberry. I'd really like one I can use as a shoulder bag. I am considering either the heritage Bayswater or the large zipped Bayswater.

I'm not buying new, I am looking on eBay (I will make sure any purchase is properly authenticated). Some of the listings are suggesting that neither of these bags can be worn on the shoulder, as the straps are too short. Is that right? If so, any suggestions for an alternative?

I think it depends on your arm size, the straps are quite generous. What colour are you going for. I love the ox blood.

I’ve just sold a zipped Bayswater on eBay. It came with a long should strap. What do you want it for? The reason I sold it is because they are so heavy. I’ve just bought the Keeley as a shoulder bag.

I also have a few heritage Bayswater’s, fine on shoulder in summer more difficult but doable for me with a coat. They don’t have a shoulder strap.

My Bayswater is fake, but it came with a long shoulder strap, the normal handles can be put on the shoulder if not too full/heavy, but I tend not to

I just want it for general day to day use - purse, phones, my lunch, etc. I use an iPad Pro at work and it also would be useful for it to fit that in, as it won't go in my Alexa or my small double-zip Bayswater.

My small double-zip Bayswater has the long shoulder strap, but I don't like it, I will carry it by the handles.

Can't direct answer your question as I don't have a Bayswater but have a look at this group on Facebook - facebook/groups/767401779999593/

Might be worth trying one.

I have the big one, but fake as I said, it fits my laptop in never mind an iPad, so does get a bit heavy, very roomy though, almost a briefcase
