How many cannelloni tubes please?

Hi

As the title says, having a go at making cannelloni for the first time and wondering how many per person (with pretty big appetites).
Also, can anyone tell me how much the dried tubes grow when cooked, e.g. is it to about twice the size of the dry cannelloni?

Thanks

When I make cannelloni I do 4 per person, so for a big appetite I would go with 6.
The tubes don’t really grow when cooked, just slightly thicker.

Hope that helps

I haven’t made it in a while but the tubes used to break when you filled them. I poured on cheese sauce and they still tasted and looked the same once cooked x

I pipe the filling in, much easier than trying to use a spoon like a friend always does. We tend to do 3 per person.
