Why wouldn't you tip ? Only time would be if something went horribly wrong and a manager would be involved anyway so they'd be well aware why you hadn't. That kind of experience is rare at WDW though service is usually good to very good ( not quite "waited on hand and foot for a couple of hours" though mostly the service is pretty fast ... which is probably what you need with a small person)

Tip is usually 18-20% so look at the TS menus and work out what you'd be likely to order . They are all online.

I wasnt saying i personally wouldnt tip but i had wondered why some people dont tip when it is customary to do so
