Salmon with spoodles and massive salad - have it twice a week. Yum!

Mary Berry’s fish pie ( recipe on bbc food ) is delicious, I buy Aldi fish assortment but you must have the smoked haddock in it as that makes the taste.
We love it and it freezes really well.

Smoked mackerel pate: put the smoked mackerel in food processor with creme fraiche/sour cream/natural yogurt and lemon juice and blitz into a pate type mush. Nice with salad and wedges, crackers or jacket potato. Or in a sandwich or wrap.

Salmon cooked in oven or frying pan with soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chilli.

Mix cooked salmon with a white sauce or any creamy sauce and have it over pasta. Can mix broccoli in too.

I love sea bass pan fried in butter and garlic, but that's not an oily fish...

Seafood chowder.

Monkfish is good in a curry.

I cook haddock in a tinfoil parcel in the oven. I make individual parcels with the fish at the bottom then put tomatoes, peas, sweet corn, broccoli - any fresh/or frozen veg I have on top. I also like to sprinkle chilli flakes over the fish for a bit of a kick. It’s lovely.

We also like salmon marinated in teriyaki sauce and runny honey then fried and served with rice.

Marinade one tuna steak person (I prefer to use the thinner ones) in a small amount of soy sauce, White wine vinegar (or Mirin) and a teaspoon each of Dijon mustard and chilli paste. Needs only about 10 minutes then fry in a tiny amount of oil for around 4-5 minutes only.
It’s virtually fat free and would be if you grilled it, which you can but I prefer it done in a pan.
Serve with whatever you like - potatoes, veg and/or salad

Smoked haddock, fine chopped onion. Chopped leek , potato cooked in milk and fresh cream and a knob of butter. Made to a chowder consistency.
Beautiful with crusty bread.

We went to eat at Ask at the weekend, they do a roast wrapped salmon - OMG it was delicious... chunky thick salmon fillet wrapped in coppa ham, served with new potatoes, green beans, roasted peppers, and olives, in a rich tomato sauce.

Who knew salmon and a crispy salty ham would go so well together!
