We love going to Celebration when in Orlando. We love breakfast at the Celebration Diner - eating out on the pavement looking over to the lake. Also recommended is a late lunch of tapas at Columbia and make sure you order the Sangria - it's mixed at your table and tastes wonderful. Celebration is so twee and we've always thought of Stepford or 50's American movies but love the atmosphere. We went last year on the day of the dog show and it was hilarious - eccentrics everywhere but great fun. Thinking of spending some time at the Celbration hotel in the future and staying somewhere that you can go walking around in the evening rahter than getting in the car all the time.

Pam.

Sounds really nice. Question for Mike maybe, he seems to be the expert. What are the photo ops like their. You may have read my other posts about wanting to go somewhere nice after our wedding. Was thinking getting a limo transfer to Celebration little bit of lite afternoon tea and some picstures?

I am sure there will be some good photos ops Steven and as the town has to be kept so immaculate it will be the perfect location.

We are having our wedding reception there in October. I can tell you that the photo opportunities are really good and have seen several wedding shots when looking for a photographer.

The rooms there are VERY NICE so if you are looking for a special one night place to stay go there. I've stayed there before and can recommend it highly.

At the front of the hotel they have old fashioned cars parked out front. They make for great photos. Especially black and white ones.

Fortunately for us we get to leave our reception in one of the cars as it is part of the package. Can't wait!

Best of luck to you and enjoy it!

We took a wrong turn on our drive from the airport to our hotel on the first day and ended up in Celebration.
It is very much like a scene from the 'Stepford Wives', very neat and tidy and very clean. A security patrol realised we were lost and were most helpful in getting us back on track.

We went to celebration the first time last year and I must say it is lovely , so laid back and the food is lovely , we went for the Fall and they had scarecrows giving out treats and the kids were given bags to collect the leaves falling off the trees, it is a must just to experince the way other people can live

A very nice place. visited a few times once at Xmas. All the houses was decorated. Didnt look like anyone was living their. In the summer its very pretty. Easy to get lost on the estate. Each road looked the same.
