Fastpass not working but tickets linked

Hi, Ive tried to do a dummy run with Fastpass today,
when I click though it tells me i need to link tickets to my account.
this has already been done? so i have tried to just put the code in again and on the fastpass screen and it says these tickets are linked to an account, so which is it? linked or not lol... wanted to do a dummy run so i know what im doing and come up against no issues, like this really

You can�t do a dummy run. It won�t open up to allow you to book fastpasses until the day you�re actually able to book them.

You can if you don't have a disney hotel booking.

So anyone got any idea why it says I have no tickets linked on one page but claiming I do on another

Do you have tickets for specific dates? If you do, or if you are onsite (which I presume you are not), then you won�t see linked tickets on your FP page until the date you are allowed to make FPs.

Yes I do, it's a 3 day base ticket from the 15th

Well then it all sounds in order. Until it is your booking day of 15th minus 30, you won�t see your tickets via the FP page, although you would see them when just looking at �my tickets� or whatever.
