Live princess and frog. Travel day..

Ok
Its not quite live cos we re on day 2 but shhh...
So we awoke at 2 am. The lord only knows why.
Shower repack watched a documentary on bridges and thomas telford (which as a geek i found v interesting lol)
About 530 we went down to lobby and asked about bus.
The receptionist explained the bus takes 15/20mins and is £4pp... and a private taxi which takes 5 mins is 6£..
Ermmmmm... what? No brainer private taxi yay lol.
So straight to customs...
Well sue to my wheelchair they re directed us to assistance lane...

The line was huge and genuinely took longer than normal line.
A nicer dibber said u can refuse to go through assistance lane with screaming kids and now i know!
We had prebooked lounge as they had gf stuff.
So had some toast and fruit and alot of coffee and a sneaky pink champagne

Left about 8 to go play harry potter..
Loaded and take off fab but held on runway due to heavy rain for Bout 15mins
.

And we re off!

Flight was boring because well they are!
Gf food on va was good i was happy and watched movies and napped.

Landed at mco 30mins late at 245 local time. Grey skys and light rain...
... 20mins to clear customs no issues.
But wait no bags.. yup lighening. No bags
Did i mention no bags?
2 hours... no bags.
And no planes so i do feel sorry for people held on planes...
Exited with case and by the time we got to uber pick up was 5pm. Afted faffing with wifi managed to book an uber to downtown orlando to collect car.
Accordimg to uber app it was a 13 min journey.
Car hire closes at 6pm.
Now add rush hour traffic and a Magic game our 13 min journey took an hour and we arrived at 602 and thrifty had closed.
Fab.
So we paid uber to drive us to hotel ($80 of uber in 1st night
Yay)
Anyway we checked in no issues and went to nearest restaurant for food.
Cracker barrel.
Im gf.
They offered me green beans and sweetcorn. I kid u not their gf menu os non existant.
So walked out and went to giordanos which has gf food... yay.
Ordered a pizza (hubby said it waz the best pizza he d ever eaten i had chicken parm (spinach mushrooms ) and gf pasta and 2 sodas with tip was $55.
So did we sleep? After being awake for 26hours.

Tbf uber is fine! Hubby can have a glass of wine and its workinf out cheaper..
