Volvo xc40 t5 V Land Rover discovery sport

Anyone drive either of these ?
Looking at possibly buying one of them on pcp as our ford kuga has to go back August ..,
They are coming up at Similar prices on car wow but I’m curious to hear from anyone who has one of either ... pros and cons

Not one of those. I did want an XC40 but managed to get a Mercedes GLC with a better spec for the same price. I love it

Have a look, very nippy 🙈. Love the panoramic glass roof which is also a sun roof. People always think it’s my husbands and not mine 😂😂

I don’t know when it’s being introduced, and we can not do it anyway but all Volvo will have a limited top speed to 112 mph.

Just checked it out on car wow and love it - also the fact that seats are nan made leather too ... I prefer that to the dead animal skin 💚 thanks for mentioning it and the great tip .
I see it goes 0-62mph in 7.9 secs not bad for a suv .

How do you find the sat nav?

I like accelerating more the getting round the slow coaches more than hacking along .. I used to drive a Honda type r and loved it .

Mercedes Analine seats are vinyl seats, prefer Alcantara or similar given a choice.
Not sure I'm buying another Volvo because if I'm paying Mercedes or BMW servicing costs, might as well buy a Mercedes or BMW.
Not sure I would buy JLR until they surmount their money problems.
If any marque survives this pandemic it will be Mercedes probably.
