Half Board Child meal - counter service query

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked but I cannot seem to find an answer anywhere.

We have the half board plus free dining but will have a few of the child vouchers spare, (long and boring story). We were thinking of using them in counter service for face value, (appreciate they would be better value in a buffet but won't be possible), and didn't know if they had to be used against a child set menu or whether they can be used on an adult set menu as the face value would be greater than the adult meal.

Anyone had experience of this and could advise?

I'm not sure if you'd have to have a child's meal with them. It's been a few years since we were there. We always used the buffet ones but I remember you had to make sure you used the correct vouchers. We went to florida last summer and had quick service meals and my youngest always had an adult meal as there was no difference in credits. Disneyland might be different though.

Hi - and welcome to the Dibb.
Child plus vouchers are only redeemable against child meals.
The face value is 18 Euros.
This can be used at counter service or table service restaurants, but as you commented, the best value is at a buffet or Table Service.
