school uniform orders how long

I realised today that ds will be needing some new uniform for September and as its school branded and only available from 1 shop locally which is difficult to get too plus is tiny and always packed over the summer I thought I would have a look online.
Currently taking up to 6 weeks for delivery

ordered the main bits we need now just need to hope they fit when they arrive

I ordered my grandsons at the beginning of July, all had to be name embroidered . Order was posted back to us a few days ago.

Really on top this year, school shoes measured and bought . Clark’s have a guaranteed fit until February or they will replace . No way was I enduring the usual scrum inside stores August time.
A few large G&T’s are always in order after that visit, god know how staff manage with all the noisy kids 🤪

Our local school supplier is doing an appointment system. Told them on the online booking form the items we wanted and sizes and it was ready for us when we went in. So much better than the usual scrum in there. Fortunately the last lot of school uniform I will buy 😀

I need to get polo shirts and jumpers embroidered, however I can’t fine blue 11-12 sweatshirts anywhere!
There seems to be a real stock problem with uniform. Took ages to get the polo shirts in stock.

I need to order DD's. Luckily her school shoes still fit at the moment but she needs a new blazer, pe leggings and school shirts. Her trousers could be a problem, she has a size 4 32leg at the moment but they may be too short by September.
