When will you recieve your physical tickets? and when are you going?
You are still able to make reservations 6 months before-hand without physical tickets but need them to make fastpasses.

I would phone Thomas Cook and see if they have a reference number that you can link to MDE. See the link below it might be of some help.

Have you paid in full or deposit? If the latter then they generally don't release your tickets details to something between 45-30 days before.

Only deposit wasn’t Given the option to pay in full so that means no fast pass or anything despite staying in Disney hotel ? I wasn’t given the option to pay in full. If I go in and pay the remaining balance of ticket in full can I not get it then? That’s rubbish. Regret getting them now

You can perhaps circumvent this a few months down the line by calling Disney Reservations on the freephone number 0800 169 0730 in late June. They may have your reservation number. Thomas Cook won't release until balance is paid.

Did you buy a package from Thomas Cook which included a Disney hotel stay, tickets and (maybe) free dining?

If so, if you link your reservation reference number to your Disney account it will probably also show your tickets. You won't need anything separate for the tickets and can then prebook fastpasses once the time is right. You can do this before you've paid off the balance.

Otherwise, what you might have to do is contact Thomas Cook closer to your departure date and ask for a ticket reference number to link to your Disney account. This will then allow you to prebook your fastpasses. Sometimes the TAs only release this reference number 30 days before departure (which is a right pain for those staying onsite).

If you have a package, have linked your reservation, and don't see any tickets listed in your account, then contact Thomas Cook and ask them where your tickets are and how these link. They should help you - that's what they're supposed to be there for, after all.
