I hope this Genie has a whole lot of magic to make some of the most frustrating parts of Disney planning and experiences just a little bit better
I will avoid holding my breath and still keep swearing at MDE, whilst trying to download photos from our recent trip
I’m with you. If it allows for a slicker experience that’s fine. I’m not really interested in it planning my day though.

What I would like from Disney IT is the ability to manage my resort booking online. At the moment you can book it and pay for it online but everything else needs to be a phone call. The ability to change resort, modify dates, add or upgrade dining plans and make intermittent payments would be fantastic.

It would also be nice to be able to book experiences and tours online. Many of those you have to phone to book. You can book ADRs online; I'm not sure why you can't book the tours online as well.

Yes that would be good. You don’t even get a confirmation email. They’ve managed it for the Droid Factory and lightsaber build so it’s clearly doable.

I'm saying this as someone who is considering booking a tour but also doesn't like to have to pick up a phone and actually speak to someone (I'm a lazy, antisocial bloke ). I think there's a business case to say that enabling online bookings, and thus making it easier to book for some, would increase sales leading the greater profits.
