Orlando Attractions refund

I complained to Disney regarding some tickets we bought and they have offered a full refund. The problem is, as we bought through Orlando Attractions the refund has to go back to them. I have emailed Orlando Attractions explaining the situation and also sent a copy of the email from Disney confirming the refund. Do you think the refund will get passed along to me without much chasing on my side?

I don't think anyone can answer this for you. You would have to speak directly to Orlando Attractions.

If I'd bought tickets from Orlando Attractions I would've went directly to them to sort out any issues. If you've bypassed them and went straight to Disney I'm not sure what the outcome will be.

Hope you manage to get it sorted.

As you bought from Orlando attractions, your contract is with them so it might be a better idea to communicate with them directly rather than Disney.

It's Orlando Attractions.

I have emailed them directly now but haven't had a reply as yet. I would have gone to them directly in the first instance but I completely forgot I bought through a third party for them and thought I got them direct from Disney.

Fingers crossed they pass on the refund!

If you don't get an email reply back from them, you could try phoning them. They have a free phone number: 0800 294 9458. That's the phone number for their UK office (Ascot Travel House Ltd).

Thanks for all the replies, seems Orlando Attractions are a very good company to deal with.
