Small break ideas?

So we just returned from an amazing honeymoon/familymoon and although it was amazing with Christmas coming up we already feel shattered and ready for a break.

I'm looking for suggestions for a 2 or 3 night break between Xmas and New Year.

Looking to recharge the batteries, eat, relax, eat, maybe a hottub or swim and pretty much shut off from everything.

Any ideas?

We are from the North of England would prefer to maybe drive an hour 2 at the most or train or fly

If you're looking at the UK then Center Parcs have all that. Expensive though. But so is anywhere at that time of year

If you want to stay in the uk I can highly recommend Pickering Lodges through Hoseasons.

I think it does really depend on budget. Lake District, Ribby Hall, Center Parcs.
