Banked points

Been a member since 2002 and still can’t get my head round it, I have a use year of June, I have banked my 2019 points, so does that mean I have until June 2020 to use them, I will be making a reservation for August 2020 so does that mean I can use my banked points as long as I have made a booking before June 2020, ie as long as I have made a booking by June 2020 I can use my banked points.

Ok depends on what you mean by 2019 points? Write it down:
18/19 banked into 19/20? Then No
19/20 banked into 20/21 then yes as your holiday will fall into the 20/21 UY

Everything is about when the holiday is not when you book

Ok so if you only banked them last month you have moved them from 19/20 to 20/21 so in theory you will have your 137 + 150 (for the UY the holiday falls on) + 150 to borrow from 21/22

I always write it like this

June 2019 points. Good for June 2019 to May 2020.

June 2020 points are June 2020 to May 2021.

So if you are banking June 2019 points then they are now valid from June 2020 to May 2021.

It doesn’t matter when you call to book. It only matters when you stay.
