Vienna House Dream Castle vs Magic Circus
Good morning all,
We are 2 adults and 3 children going to DLP at the end of May and wondered if anybody had any experience of Vienna House hotels and which one is better please. Any help gratefully received. Thank you 😊 |

Been to the magic circus twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Some rooms need to be upgraded as do look tired but it didn't affect our stay. My nephew aged 12 and my twin nieces aged 8 loved it (my 2 children have previously stayed so knew what to expect) when we stayed in the summer. We ate in the bar both nights and had our own breakfast but when we had previously stayed we thought the breakfast was plentiful. Not stayed in the Dream castle but had a look round, the theming was ok but prices a lot more than the magic circus. How old are the children because we looked around the explorers hotel and theming and things to do looked great.

We stayed at both a few years ago and they were on a par with each other.
Also stayed at Explorers and that was poor in comparison.

My eldest is 16, my youngest 12 and you know the ages of my nieces and nephew so it would definitely suit them. The pool is ok, there are pool tables, air hockey and spinning top chairs that mine absolutely loved and we thought it was hilarious when then got stuck (older ones).

I have stayed in Circus and would recommend providing you don’t have a pram (seeing age of children I guess not).
The busses are horrendous and a free for all... the only real downside. We would always pay extra to stay ‘onsite’

Myself and my husband have stayed at the Magic Circus hotel and it was great. Good location for transport to and from the park and the breakfast was nice too.
