Woah anyone seen the prices of HNY now?

I mean I know it's been renovated, but I've just priced up 5 nights for next year and it's £2850.00 for 2adults 1child! There's no % off for this hotel, which I find ridiculous! What on earth has happened to these Disney prices, it's more expensive than 2 weeks in Florida!

That price is not in school holidays either! Disney are really making it so difficult for some people who don't earn a huge amount of money to go and experience staying onsite! Even the cheapest hotel is £1700.00 onsite for 5 nights.

I went looking thinking it would be around £2k for HNY, even that would be hard to swallow but would probably bite the bullet, but almost £3k?! I'm sorry but no

3 nights in November was £1300 for 2 adults, free half board, and a limited edition print.

I'm assuming no % discount cos of the refurb. 😕

It's just ridiculous, we used to love going DLP yearly, sometimes even twice a year and always couldn't wait until we have a little one to take, we've taken DS twice when he was 18 months and almost 2, but now he's 4, thought next year would be amazing for him, but my word it's just so expensive, and really hard to justify, especially as we don't earn huge wages.

I guess we will have to look at offsite, although when we last went onsite we said we wouldn't want to do offsite again as it just felt so much more magical.

Maybe look at some of the other European sites, though usually nearer the holiday date, they often have % and free under 12s. Might be a good deal for your family group. Xx

We have priced 3nights for 4 people and it was £2860! We won't be staying there again for a while.

The prices are why we decided to go to Florida this year. Especially when we have the added cost of flights from Northern Ireland. For 5 days it was over £4000! We got 9 days in Florida including universal tickets for that.

If you aren’t bothered about specific dates you can still get a good deal. We paid just over £1000 for 4 nights at the Sequoia Lodge with half board plus for 2 adults and 1 child this December. I think that’s pretty good considering we can visit the parks every day and have 2 meals per day.

I looked earlier for a cheeky few days next year whilst we are planning Florida in 2021. I was surprised at the prices too. I’m going to put the money towards a week in the sun somewhere instead

Our last trip (September) was £200 for Eurostar and £200 for 3 nights at the Ibis. We bought annual passes.

Much as I love onsite, I will never pay a 4 figure sum for anything less than the DLH!

I suspect this is the pricing for the ‘early adopters’ the ‘fear of missing out’ crowd.

It’s like iPhone fans lining the streets to pay over £1k for a new phone. They are hoping that the die hard Marvel fans will be desperate to stay and will pay these rates.

I would expect offers to appear in the coming months once things have settled down.
