January 2021 worries
Hi everyone,
I re-scheduled my flight to go to MCO with Virgin on 11th January from Heathrow but i'm a little worried about what the situation will be like over in Disney/Universal etc and with the 14 day quarantine starting in June, trying to stay positive. Anyone with any thoughts on what it will be like or going the same time, Thanks all |

No one knows for sure but I would think by the end of the year things will be pretty much back to normal... Look at us we have gone from matt hancock saying no holidays this years to don't rule out July for holidays in the space of 2 weeks.. Things are moving faster than anticipated they have already said that. The fact the world has shut down and reopened within 4 months I would think given another 6 months things will be back to normal... Don't quote me on it tho haha

I’ve been thinking this aswell, we were aupossed to go in August so cancelled that, and due to go in Feb now but I’m waiting till Christmas, if things are still up in the air we will decide what to do then. We were only planning 1 park day anyway so can just enjoy the rest of Florida if the parks will still be restricted. Least we have time on our side unlike the people due to go shortly who's holidays are up in the air with lack of dining etc.
Plenty of time to watch and learn, no panicking x Edited at 09:17 PM. |

I have also booked flights for Jan, didn't book Disney Hotel yet as was waiting for free dining. I really don't know if we will go or not. Honestly doesn't appeal to me if the restrictions are still in place. Will wait a bit before I decide what to do, but I'm leaning towards waiting till 2022

Hi we are booked for febuary 2021 and with disney's announcement i am starting to have similar concerns. Disney in particular sounds very restrictive and without the free dining plan we just cant afford to stay on site. Think for the time being im just booking sw,aq, & dc tickets and fully refindable accomodation and will then go from there.
