I would say it's a birch and planted too close to the fence

Looks like a birch tree to me. The woodland trust have an app which you can use to identify types of tree which you might find of use.👍🏻

The trunk looks silver like a birch but birch leaves are usually pointed with serrated edges - it looks more like an apple to me.
Maybe ask your neighbours if they've ever seen fruit / blossom. |

Its definitely NOT a birch but the pictures aren't close up or clear enough to identify accurately. Might be a whitebeam or one of the willows. Some clear close up pictures will help
It's not an apple tree they don't grow that shape. If you cut off 8 inches of a twig and put pics I can probably ID for you |
