I've always managed to get through on that number OP ... eventually. I've had to call a few times for different things. I've been cut off at peak times, but trying at non peak times I've got through to a UK call centre and everyone has been really helpful. Last call was about 10 mins on hold and 10 mins with the agent arranging refunds for two flights that BA cancelled ✈️ 😭. He did try to persuade me to take a voucher but we already have over £900 on a voucher so declined. Refund on CC in 3 days.

Some automated choices keep coming up which will try to direct you to call but keep going and eventually an option will come up to chat to live person
