UK ultimate tickets for after 26th Sept 21 (already ordered and paid for)

Has anyone who paid the balance on ultimate tickets for arrivals after 26th Sept 2021 actually received them? Ordered mine back in June and paid balance soon after. I expected to receive a 7 day ultimate before they were discontinued, now I've been told I will be receiving a special ticket for the 50th which hasn't been printed by Disney yet and they don't know when it will be.
Apparently this was all explained to me in an email sent in July... I never received an email and they've apologised that that may have been case but there's nothing they can do.
Not over the moon about the company being able to keep hold of my money indefinitely as I asked them 3 times what would happen if they went bust before I received my tickets, they just replied that they won't go bust and to be patient.

Yes I paid the balance on my 14 day Ultimate tickets back in May/June I think and I'm planning to use them after 26th Sept 2021, and they arrived in the post a few days later and added them to my disney experience and chose some park reservations as i'm going 23rd Sept - 10th October. This was FloridaTix

The OP asked about people arriving after 26th September, you're arriving before then.

We got our tickets in June (I think) and linked them to our disney-experience, and this is what the expire date is.

We are hoping to go in April/May but if not planning to use it in Oct. I would expect they are still valid then...
