‘Joey doesn’t share food’ and neither do I.

UNLESS it’s agreed at ordering that I will have half and half of something. But this only happens with my sister and we eat out together rarely.

You should learn to take more from other peoples plates than they do from yours? Practice makes perfect and you can do it without getting caught

I’m a bit fussy I must admit and won’t touch prawns etc. I knew there was a reason I avoided work outings!
Now this is unacceptable, I'm fussy and would expect my main meal to be just for me on a work do

I agree but I absolutely love prawns so may have been ok in this case.

Oh with family and most friends, we are very much a sharing bunch.
I'm not big on the 'I shall only stick with what I know' when ordering and neither do the people I eat with. Great opportunity to order two different things and try both.

Edit: Just to add, I would never automatically assume that people would be into that approach. Safest thing I've found is to offer to let someone try my food. Easy way of determining if they too are a sharer. They decline and it's all good

I thought I was a very generous sharer until I ordered the bread and butter pudding with caramel sauce and custard at Raglan Road!

No not us, we order what we want and wouldn't dream of sharing.
