I’m not sure to be honest. I gained weight in the first couple of weeks and that nearly broke me. I seem to have lost inches but I’m afraid to get back on the scales. I’m also using MyFitnessPal to log what I eat and drink. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start. And if anything, the injection has curbed my cravings. I can look at chocolate and not want to grab it and shove it in my mouth! I’ll keep going for a bit longer and see how I do at the end of the month.

Still feel pretty much the same, it’s something that is hard to shake off. I had a consultation about a gastric band but want to see if the Saxenda injections work for me first. I haven’t told DH, I just don’t think he’ll get it.

Aw bless you! I really hope you start to feel better about everything soon. Remember, your weight doesn’t define you, it’s just a part of you right now that can be changed. You seem like such a lovely person, I hate that it’s making you feel so sad.

My Bro in law had an op where they remove part of your stomach, not sure if has a sleeve, he had it February 27th weighing 27 Stone now 15 Stone but can only eat little and often, my hubby is 28 Stone 😢 I’m desperate for him to loose weight and also saw Lloyd’s offering that service. Good luck
