Best eats outside of Disney and Universal
Hey guys, i'm making a list of places to check out foodwise, i've got a fair few that are inside the resorts etc but are there any in Orlando, specifically International Drive and surrounding areas that I should put on my list.
I like pretty much all types of food, so any and all suggestions welcome for any meal of the day! Thanks! |

You have to try Charlie's Steak House. There is two - one on International Drive, but the best is just off the 192 (Steak house · Vacation Village at Parkway, A1, 2901 Parkway Blvd). It's on the $$ side, but so worth it! Enjoy.

Hahaha, funny you should mention that! We went there a few years ago not realising how fancy it was inside. Me and 9 friends had all just got done for the day at Blizzard Beach and were still pretty damp in swimming shorts and damp tshirts but were all starving. So we went in, got seated and looked at the menu... Only then did we realise just how fancy it was, everyone wearing shirts and trousers formal wear and the $$$ of everything.
We ate there nonetheless and the food was delicious and the service was brilliant. They had a chuckle at our appearance given the circumstances but were more than happy to have a laugh with 9 completely out of place guys still dripping wet. Because of the way we were treated i've gone back ever since! Edited at 06:27 PM. Reason: spelling incorrect |

We always walk past Charlie's Steakhouse on I-Drive every year and always say we are going to eat here but the price is a bit pricey! We are however going to do it next month! I can almost taste the amazing steak! |

The Steaks are incredible. I don't know whether they still do it but they used to bring a platter of the raw steak types over before you ordered to talk to you about each cut. Bit strange but it was a cool thing to see.
