Which is your favourite I-drive hotel?
We want to stay at Homewood suites (nearest the convention centre) we love having a suite with a separate bedroom BUT unfortunately the price is way too high for us.
So, looking like we just going to have to give in and just have a room which are your fave hotels and why? And any to avoid like the plague

We have stayed in a lot of classes from the good old Wynfield Inn to (what was) the Peabody. Our favourite and one we've stayed at many times is the Rosen Plaza. We're staying at the Embassy Suites, another favourite, next month but only because I couldn't find a good deal for the Plaza.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rosen Plaza. Thought it was a really good location and liked the fact it was a proper hotel with internal corridors.
We are staying there again this summer and booked a good deal via netflights.

Just looked at the Rosen plaza, it looks lovely but unfortunately it's double the price of Homewood

Embassy suites for us convention end , looked round the plaza as well loooks nice x

You’ve got to check prices regularly for the Plaza I have noticed as they really do vary. We go next month and they are currently showing £145 per night but I’ve seen Dibbers get it for £75 per night. Definitely not as cheap as Rosen at Pointe but sounds to be worth the extra and we are looking forward to it. Sorry I can’t confirm our nightly rate as we booked a package - 10 nights with flights for £1600 so I would guess the hotel price to be less than £80 per night as we are flying Virgin

We've stayed at the Homewood Suites several times but like you cant justify the cost this year...
We don't mind the Rosen@ Pointe Orlando - Generally cheap but a decent hotel. We were thinking of doing Lake Buena Vista this year because i've heard that you can walk to restaurants in that area too. |
