How much medication do you take with you?

Just watching sky news about TC. Some holidaymakers are saying they are worried as they only brought enough until Sunday as they are due to fly home on Monday. I was shocked that they hadn’t brought more, but I wonder if this is usual and I am the one who packed for every eventuality?

I used to take enough just for the holiday... then, even though we wasn’t affected by the ash cloud, it made me think about having enough for any incidents...so now, we always take a months worth for my husband.

My husband is diabetic, and on numerous medications. We always take a full week extra.

I like to take an extra week’s worth with me. If I was delayed longer than that I’d ask family to fedex more out to me.

Thats me. 1 week and I can cope otherwise the kids can sort me more!

However I will say mine is only BP tablets and Migraine tablets.

For those who have more serious conditions that need treating I would take at least 2 weeks worth maybe even 4 weeks. My thoughts are that a Partner or Child could end up in hospital and somebody stays on to be there. Thats why I recommend taking sufficient.
