Sad today

Last night I came out of my mancave at 8.30pm and it was dark, and this morning was cold in West London and my lawn is soaking wet due to dampness (not rain) like a winters morning

I can feel my SAD symptons kicking in and it's only the 1st September (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Does anyone else feel sad?

Totally witb you in this , i just try and be positive that it doesn't last too long, it feels like we haven't really had a summer. We had nice weather June time, then a lot of grey rainy days up here. Treat yourself to a sun lamp, xx

I get it this time of year too. Not true SAD as I'm not too bad around Christmas time, settled into winter by then. I hate the changeover from summer to winter. I hate seeing flowers and trees dying off. Autumn to winter always makes me feel a bit fed up and sad.

I hate it, and even more so this year when we've not had any sunny holidays, our Summer was pretty much back in May.😢

I have always found September sad because with the children going back to school it really feels like the end of the summer.

Certainly a morning of autumn mists and fruitfulness here this morning by the river when I took the dogs out
Looks like wellies from now on first thing in the morning
Worse for me is a day so bone chilling damp and you need lights on most of the day

I do feel quite SAD over winter time and I am trying not to think of it just yet. Not today though as I am off work and it is a beautiful
sunny day.
