M&S food order changes?

Hi all,

I am collecting my turkey etc from M&S tomorrow morning and I was just wondering - are you able to say you no longer want part of the order when you collect it?

I ordered a huge gammon joint back in September when I thought Christmas was going to happen properly, and now I really don’t need such a big joint!

Can I decline part of the order and they just put it out for other customers to buy tomorrow, or am I stuck with it?

It’s fine whatever, but if I can decline it and save a bit of money that would be great!

I think changes had to be made by 10th december, as they have. £40 deposit on ech order providing you have more than that i cant see them forcing you to pay for it.

Could you cut up the gammon and freeze the smaller pieces?

I could if I needed to, although we don’t really eat gammon - was bought for guests that we are no longer seeing! Lol! But if needs must we could yes 👍

Ah fantastic! Thanks so much for letting me know, I’ll at least ask that now - if they say no then that’s ok too - promise not to make a fuss! Lol!
