Fantastic hotel.
We request a room near the elevators as it can be quite a walk to some rooms. We seem to end up with an upgrade whether we book direct or not and the same great service each time, they seem to record your visits wither you have your Accor number listed or not and always thank you for returning; they've offered us welcome cold bottles of water upon arrival when they've seen we were hot from our drive. For ex EU fares they are great looking after our cases - we just take hand luggage to the room instead. Highly recommended for convenience and luxury.
