The ban is for boats with more than 100 people on board (passengers and crew total) Uncruise boats are small, they cruise the inside passage, do not stop at settlements or towns except those in the US, Juneau, Ketchiken, Sitka to take on and disembark passengers and are based on wildlife and activity, kayaking, wilderness hiking, skiff riding etc.
