Simons Hoisin, plum and sweet chilli ribs!

I made them today and they are delicious, usually I follow a recipe and it doesn’t work out. I only missed out the food colouring but got everything else, Myself and dh both thought they were fab and I made some spicy rice to go with them. Going to be something I cook from now on, thanks Simon

They were so good, best recipe and so easy to follow. Dh was licking his lips, I have four left he said he’s having them tonight!

I did 11 ribs, I asked for 10 and they gave me 11. I followed Simons original recipe apart from food colouring, maybe somebody can put up the original post as I don’t know how to do it. It’s very easy
