We went to DLP in July last year when it was the middle of a heat wave, nothing like Florida can be but it gave us a taste of mask wearing in the heat going round Disney. We found that the paper type masks like the ones worn in hospital, much cooler and more comfortable to wear than the cloth ones we had bought. Bear in mind the recommendation is to have at least 2 layers I think with material masks . We both wear glasses and found we also steamed up less with the paper masks. 😷

Americans Could Still Be Wearing Masks In 2022, Fauci Says

While a quickening vaccine rollout has some U.S. officials predicting a return to normalcy by the end of this year, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease expert, said it’s “possible” the Covid-19 precaution of mask usage will linger into 2022.

I am of the opinion that as long as I can get there I'll happily wear a mask, I've seen some vloggers talk aout wearing them and they say it is hot, but its hot because they're in florida, not because they are wearing a mask. I'm sure you can even get ones that you can soak in water to keep you cool? We're booked for June so I dont think it'll happen anyway but I think I'll soon get used to wearing one if it means I'm in my favourite place!

I think that we will still be made to wear masks into next year, am happy to do this if needs be doesn’t bother me much but would of course prefer no masks

Im on a solo trip - I’ll wear a mask if i have to - just to go... but things are changing by the week, so you never know. USA vaccines are doing well.

Im bored of all these experts coming up with different stuff all the time now, so I take what they say with a pinch of salt and will just see what happens

Hi All, article on WFTV on Orange County mask mandates.. It will be interesting to see how this develops... but tbh I will just follow whatever rules there are if it means we can go in December this time!

"Orange County says it might drop the mask mandate after 50% of our population has been vaccinated. That would likely be this summer. Right now, we're at 10%. But on @WFTV at 6pm, @OCFLMayor explained what other factors he'll consider at that time."
