You could probably use a packet cheese sauce mix if you wanted
It also works well with frozen sliced onions peppers cook from frozen chicken packet cheese sauce for students in the micro wave it’s one of the two burnerand a microwave and toaster recipe book I made for my uni kids

Lemon & garlic chicken with roasted Mediterranean veg for me. The same for other but with roasted new potatoes.
Mason can’t have lemon or the veg so he is having chicken thighs with some fresh buttered bread 😋

Curry night, courtesy of Sharwoods, jars of korma and bhuna - chicken and mixed peppers for the korma, and left over duck from the freezer for the bhuna... plain rice and poppadoms , more an assembly job than cooking...

Got an Italian meal to collect from our favourite local restaurant. It was DHs 60th on Thursday and the restaurant only do meals on a Fri or Sat for collection.

DH ... starter of scallops in garlic wrapped in bacon. Main - monkfish.

Me ... starter of mushrooms in garlic and tomatoes. Main - fillet steak with porccini mushrooms in truffle oil.

Nice treat for us both.

Roast pork, roast potatoes, sprouts, peas, yorkshire, stuffing, apple sauce and gravy, and éclairs for pud. X
