Who’s been experimenting with Disney Dishes over Christmas?

I’ve been doing a lot of cooking over Christmas and making some of our Disney vacation favourites!

My Gideon’s cookies were divine!

My Tonga toast was OK, but I used brioche instead of sourdough, so it was way too soft and custardy.

I made gingerbread tiles last week which were very yummy!

Today’s hummingbird cake (pictured) was delish.

Coming up soon I’ll be attempting:
Narcoossee’s almond encrusted cheesecake and the oh so fabulous carrot cake cookie.

I might not be able to get to WDW, but I can bring a little WDW to us.

What have you tried making and have you got any recipes for me to try?!

I didn’t think to take photos at the time, but I’m sure I’ll make them again soon. Gideon’s cookies are literally the best...I’m not usually a cookie fan, but I make allowances.

I will say, they were also the worlds most expensive cookies to make. The amount of chocolate chips in them was obscene (I used 12 bags)

I forgot I also made Giordanos pizza... incredible!

For New Years Eve I made Captain Cooks Thai Coconut Meatballs! They were amazing. I’ll add the recipe below and a photo here. The photo is a bit messy because I tucked in before remembering to take a picture.
