MDE - updating lists of friends/family

Hi all

i've decided to brave linking my tickets. The issue I am having is that there are people on my list more than once - e.g. my nephew is on there as a child, and as an adult - twice(!) once as (example) David Smith and once as David S.

When I try and manage my list by removing people I don't have plans with it says "because this guest has active admission or plans, they cannot be removed".

It says this for all the entries for my nephew, regardless of age (so his under 18 one).

How can I fix this - and if I can't fix this myself, then is there a specific number to call?

Normally where you purchased the tickets from will provide this help.

Walt Disney Travel Company support is a freephone on 0800 169 0730 (from a landline it's free).

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

0800 169 0749 is the MDE tech support line - they are best at duplicate guest issues.

This very thing drives me nuts when I log into my MDE and I see lists of people I have travelled with who are either not going back or had no account so I set it up and now its 'active'. I read elsewhere you have to call Disney and they will remove them for you. I just need to take the time to actually do it
