We are booked for August 2022 too!
Your plan sounds very similar to ours. We have an RCI cruise booked, one night at RPR and have booked a villa for 19 nights.
It’s currently 26 nights but if I can twist the arm of my employer I want to add two nights at the start possibly busy renting DVC points at the poly or wilderness lodge.

Welcome to the DIBB, (almost) everyone is nice around here!
Currently can't help with your insurance concerns, I have my own... we have insurance with our bank account but not sure what it does/doesn't currenlty cover... Think a bit more research is required from me on this...!

I've also accidentally booked today. I fully intend on cancelling and getting a refund back if they don't announce any offer that will allow us to go with the DDP for a reasonable price. i will also cancel if I can get a better price elsewhere if and when said offers are released. So... I can't get massively excited just yet. And I've not told my family as I've just paid deposits on all three rooms

But for the minute...

14 nights CSR from the 1st September 2022...
One night at RPR was booked with a very low deposit with Travel Republic months ago

Come on DDP!

Accidentally...

I'd like the DDP to be back (and free!) but if not... so be it, it's been too long since we last went that I honestly don't mind either way.
Last time we were there (DVC) we were used to paying for the DDP as it worked better for us to have already got the food side of the holiday paid up front. One less thing to pay out for when there

August 22 for us too! Mainly Universal & DC/SW and beach days for us though. Will have a Disney day or two, and have 2 nights booked at POP in Dec (moved from Feb) which I might swap to one night onsite instead, if I can talk DH into it. We're going with friends who don't know a thing about Florida trips so I might try and talk them into it! Have a fly drive booked, Hard Rock, Villa and tickets. CANNOT WAIT to get back there!

Welcome!

We have a annual rolling policy with Stay Sure (covers our pre existing conditions) and are covered for covid cancellations. We book everything on deposit only, with free cancellation clauses or loss of small deposit, or rebook without fees.

Thank you 😊

I look forward to joining in with all the excitement 🤞🏻 We've booked for August 2022 🎉

I've gone with an insurance policy that is more expensive than we usually pay but hey we need that extra cover atm!
