Hi anyone been able to speak to Tui Have been on hold for hours at a time with no response.

I got through on the 020 number last month pretty quick. I did try again last week but I hung up in the end. I suppose it's hit and miss. I expect they are busy with bookings for summer. I want to speak to them about our florida trip in Aug. I'm waiting to see what happens befure I decide what to do. I'd rather have a refund.

I called friday and got an answer after 90 mins.

I have spoke to them twice this week first wait on weds was an hour but yesterday i got through in 30 mins.

I phoned them this morning and my call was answered inside a minute.

The lines open at 9am, I rang at 8:58am knowing that to get through all the waffle and different selections takes a couple of minutes. Started ringing at just gone 9:00am and answered virtually instantly.

I got through in 56 mins last Saturday and it took about 10 mins to sort out moving our May holiday to October next year
