Have been so excited for this for months and just got back from seeing it. LOVED it, the original will always hold a special place in my heart but thoroughly enjoyed it!

Currently in the intermission for it and wow...

The original is my favourite film ever and this I would say at least matches it so far.

Simply stunning, emotional, funny... hope the 2nd half is similar

How long is the film, I didn't realise films had intermissions these days

We go to an old type cinema in Liverpool. Interval, curtains come across, start serving ice cream!

Funnily enough I was watching some chat show a few months back and they were discussing a few cinemas that still did this and mentioned one in the Liverpool area...got a feeling one of the guests used to sell ice creams there

Is it the Woolton Picture House? My dad used to take us there as kids. Went past it today funnily enough

Yes it is. Also have the new Cineworld in Speke near us too, but love the charm of the picture house. Nice meal in Crust before hand too!
