CSR Room Requests

Staying at CSR in October and apparently I can make a room request 2 weeks before arrival but it has to be done via fax.

I've never sent a fax in my life nor will I ever be likely to again.

Any suggestions on free email/text doc to fax conversion software that can be used for this purpose.

Apparently there is an app on the App Store - on the CS Facebook group there is a lot of debate going on at the minute. People who have been requesting have got totally the opposite of what they want. People are getting irate with one another as it is just “a request”. Love reading the posts!

We booked direct with Disney and asked for room requests to be added to our reservation.

Yes I did this for our stay at AKL last year. Was really simple, we used gotfreefax.com and got exactly what we requested (a partial savannah view)

The fax number for CSR is 1-407-939-3996

They recommend you fax around 10-7 days in advance.
