Anyone had issues with thomas cook

I have been with virgin numerous times paid for seats and had them moves or us split up ect has anyone had this eith thomas cook

We booked with TC in August 2018 for October 2019 - we've been moved after paying for seats twice - okay expected as the planes change. But we've been seated together through all changes (One I had to change as they'd rebooked us on exit row despite having children with us).

Theyve moved our booked seats before - even at the gate once!

This can happen with any airline - we've had our paid BA seats moved many times

They've changed the plane twice now, the first time they moved us but our original seats were available, so they moved us back, and got something refunded for it, thought not entirely sure what x

We flew TC last year for the first time, didn’t book seats and were seated together. We had 2+1 going out (I was happy with this, I know some wouldn’t be,) and a row of 3 at the back on the way home.

I've never flown with them to the states but to Europe loads, I always book my seats as I want the family to be together, I've never been moved.

Never booked seats together, never not been sat together ,infact last year my son was asked if he would move from the side of us to the front to accommodate a family and was given an upgrade on the ife and free drinks for the whole flight!
