We arrived home yesterday 😭 and have put the 15 sets of hidden Mickey's we COMPLETED in our book:
   So what have we learnt: 1. Some pin boards / events are better than others. MK has them printed on the times guide and people generally start arriving about 30mins before, but it isn't massively necessary unless it is an open board like Mousegear (Epcot) or the trading post. Some of the events are pick a number boxes, spinning wheels to denote the board you can choose from - that sort of thing. The best part of these events are trading with other traders. 2. Traders had a bad name a few years ago, but they are fine if you have something decent to trade. They like newer hidden Mickey sets and UK / Paris pins. J bought a £4 "Mickey through the years" 3 pin set (the August one) which came out last year off Ebay and we traded this for 4 pins. 3. Earning ears cast members still have the best pins. 4. Chatting to cast members may get you a coveted pin. We traded with some cast members who "found" us pins we were missing. 5. Don't bother with pin books at guest relations, they don't appear to get replenished. 6. We made some great trades with CM in the white uniform. Happy hunting on your next trip. It'd be great to see other live pin reports, we won't be able to go next year, so will need to experience Disney vicariously through dibbers. Thanks for reading

Have enjoyed your posts , you did so well.
Thanks for your final tips , hope they come in useful for my November trip. Keeping my fingers crossed they will release the wave with the Bambi theme; as I collect Thumper pins
