I actually think one of the four you mentioned would be good , but I fear HHN is definitely becoming toned down compared to what it used to be . I mean I don't mind one lighter maze a year but it looks like there literally will four this year on that vein .

Don't know how they would do gremlins either as the features are pretty small ?

We loved the Krampus house in 2016 and I imagine Gremlins would be similar- lots of banging cupboard doors and appliances going haywire while folks in Christmas jumpers run past screaming 😂 Clocks chiming loudly so we know when it’s past midnight...Maybe we’ll all get wet too?

Does anyone know when they start creating the houses. Just wondering if the lockdown will give them enough time to finish them if they aren't built already.

Universal are carrying on with their construction apparently so I'd assume that applies to the houses. Disney have ceased all construction.

The construction would have started in November and sometimes goes up to the wire, so they may not have been able to afford 6 weeks off.

Construction for the houses doesn't start until June so there is still time. Permits are currently being raised for the houses.

The next few months are going to be critical , don't expect an announcement until end of May/start of June.


My main fear is that they move the start of the event untill October, as we are booked for the first week in september.

I had booked this holiday specifically to go to HHN 30 as a surpises for my partner's 30th. If I had to still go knowing that I had missed the event by a a few weeks it would be terrible.

Actually hoping the event is cancelled this year rather than that!
