We were there last year booked thru RC and it was a fantastic trip. Magens bay was breath taking will never forget it. We had an excellent tour guide who gave us a running commentary all the way over on the boat. Then we were taken by taken by taxi to Magens Bay. Didn't see any lounges or umbrellas. Everyone was in the water. Can understand why you would be disappointed with your experience.

We absolutely loved Magens Bay. Just plonk down a towel, no need for a lounger! The only downside was DH wouldn't let me take a pelican home

We prefer loungers if there all day. Just advising people of the hassle if you like them
