Its does look lovely, we put down laminate when our dog was around and needed something quick to fit and easy clean. I'm ready for a change now, but its a large area to tackle (not as large as that house)! We had ceramic tiles in our last house, not white, but I hated cleaning the grouty bits.

I have a steam mop to clean, sadly not a cleaner!

Also wouldn’t want to clean it either. Five bathrooms alone
i think the market for 1.7 million quid houses has folk with cleaners

Don't like how you can see other houses from the living room window, especially for that price

To be honest if it were my house I'd be paying someone else to clean it!

Well here goes.

Decent size footprint, far too close to the other houses, not enough grounds certainly at the rear of the house.
Very much a 'concept' house and certainly doesn't look like a home. There is a huge difference between the two.

To be honest I think the architect has done a very poor job and if I was in the market with that type of money I wouldn't look at it once let alone twice.

There is a house for sale less than 400 yards from where I live that is exactly the same price. Ten times better and has what this one is sadly missing - character.

Looks as if we are only supposed to comment if we love it.

Agreed. The jacuzzi in the middle of the bedroom and in front of a huge overlooked window looks ridiculous to me. More like a council swimming baths than a luxury room. It looks like was designed to someone's specific tastes with all that purple and the mural but never actually lived in.
