Favourite Disney restaurant

We’re off in a few weeks and were looking for suggestions for dining in the evening at the various parks but are not buffets. We did the Sci-Fi diner at Hollywood Studios and loved that. Is there an Animal Kingdom restaurant overlooking the safari park at all? Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

No AK doesn’t have any restaurants looking over the safari however Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge has Sana’a which looks over the savannah of the hotel.

In AK itself I’d recommend Yak & Yeti.

As above Sanaa is great. If you dine during daylight and get a window table, you can look out to the animals which are around the hotel. Even if you don't have a table by a window, you can go out and look at the animals before and/or after your meal.

We really enjoy Sanaa and it's on our "must visit" list every trip.

50s Prime Time is good fun if you want a Studios alternative.

Our out-and-out favourite is the Cali Grill, staying for the fireworks.

My favourite WDW restaurant is Jungle Skipper Canteen in MK and I also love Yak & Yeti in AK.

Fave restaurant of Animal Kingdom, come to that our fav restaurant of all the parks, is Yak & Yeti. If you ask for a table upstairs you get a good view out of the characters coming and going too.
