Personally I enjoyed the 3 episodes but it’s not their strongest work.

I liked them but to me they didnt really have that black mirror vibe like the other episodes do.
The miley one was my favourite, but i honestly thought it could've been a stand alone movie, and not just a black mirror episode.

watched the first and third episodes last night. will be watching ep2 tonight

absolutely LOVED miley's re-interpretation of "head like a hole"

also, nice to see SUGAR APE make an appearance

Yes my husband said the same thing and I agree! The Miley one was quite obvious to predict what would happen which I don’t normally find with Black Mirror.

The only “spoiler” I’d seen before I watched them all was that Miley covered a NIN song. I was waiting to cringe and hate it but was pleasantly surprised. It was great and a good use of the song.

I think my order from favourite to least would be 3, 2, 1. I wasn’t keen on the ending of episode 1.

I agree, the ending was a bit meh. I didnt get the message behind it either.
Normally black mirror always has a message, didnt understand it at all.

San Junipero is still my favourite, followed by Metalhead and White Bear, then USS Callister. The Xmas special with John Hann is also a favourite.

What are yours? I have only seen the first episode of S5 so far.

I’ve been reading reviews and other people’s comments who are saying similar things. Theo’s character didn’t seem like a woman who would be happy with a yearly cheat night!

White Bear, USS Callister, Nosedive, Black Museum and Shut Up and Dance are my top 5. The first one, The National Anthem has to get an honourable mention too!

I didn't get a notification that Season 5 was available either. I get notifications for other stuff but not something I might actually be interested in. Figures.

I did watch episode 1 last night once I realised it was available. It felt kind of sad throughout most of the episode. No one was happy with the relationships they were in. Then, suddenly at the end, a tagged-on happy ending! From the rest of the episode, none of the characters would've been happy with a yearly cheat night.
